Topaz hosted the most recent Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Balliage Cambodia formal dinner on Monday 29 February. Guests were treated to an exquisite five-course degustation menu prepared by Head Chef Sopheak Pov. Attendees were asked to post photos to facebook along with the hashtag #CDRTopaz2016 to win a prize. Congratulation to Pily Wong who won a magnum of champagne for the largest number of likes.
