Continuing more than a decade of culinary innovation, the TOPAZ menu is a constantly evolving testament to delivering authentic French food, without neglecting the restaurant’s Southeast Asian setting. January 2009 marks the debut of our À La Carte menu, and we are also offering special degustation menus for those willing to go on a true culinary adventure with executive chef Alain. As always, we are continuing our special children’s menu and the daily chef’s suggestions… and keep your eyes open for an ever-changing list of exclusive, tantalizing TOPAZ specialties, including new hits for early 2009 such as red snapper marinated with fresh truffles and lobster ravioli in Kampot green peppercorn.
